At the time, Novellus had little to no online web presence and they had mainly grown organically through partnerships, referrals and word of mouth.
They had identified that some of their key competitors were using SEO to significantly grow their business and wanted to follow suit, so they weren’t losing out on potential business.
Their main goal was focused on increasing the number of direct consumer enquiries rather than having to rely on primarily broker partnerships.
Firstly, we established that their website didn’t structurally have the “right foundations” as the agency who built their site had developed it in a way that didn’t give them the flexibility to amend anything easily (unfortunately a common story!)
What we did was rebuild their website in WordPress, which gave us much more flexibility to make changes to the website moving forward and meant if they wanted to change any images/text they had the capability to also do this themselves.
We then went about developing a combined local and national SEO campaign, to help drive more website traffic & local enquiries from areas they operate predominately in but also making sure they were ranking for keywords that would bring in enquiries throughout the UK.
We’ve just recently started working to help internationalise their website as they expand into foreign markets!
